The hotel has a lot of potential with spacious rooms and a family-friendly atmosphere, but unfortunately, my experience was marred by cleanliness issues and a lack of attentiveness from the staff. The indoor and outdoor pools provided some fun for the kids, but overall, the property feels like it's in dire need of updates. It's disappointing that we encountered issues like mold and inadequate service at this family-oriented destination.

While there is some potential with the indoor water park, the hours were very limited. It felt more like a run-down property than a family-friendly resort.
