Reviews and Ratings
The hotel has a lot of potential with spacious rooms and a family-friendly atmosphere, but unfortunately, my experience was marred by cleanliness issues and a lack of attentiveness from the staff. The indoor and outdoor pools provided some fun for the kids, but overall, the property feels like it’s in dire need of updates. It's disappointing that we encountered issues like mold and inadequate service at this family-oriented destination.
My stay at this hotel was far from enjoyable. The location might seem convenient for visiting attractions, but the state of the rooms and facilities was appalling. While there is some potential with the indoor water park, the hours were very limited. It felt more like a run-down property than a family-friendly resort. Overall, I cannot recommend this place based on my experience.
The stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. On one hand, it's a budget-friendly choice and was a pleasant surprise with updated rooms and friendly service, especially for families with young kids. However, the overall cleanliness and maintenance left a lot to be desired, which made it hard to fully enjoy the amenities. For the price, it might be a decent option, but expect some challenges.
My stay at the hotel was quite disappointing despite the kids enjoying the waterpark. The rooms were not clean and had issues that really should have been addressed. The service was lacking any urgency, which made it frustrating. While the price seemed reasonable, I expected more for what we paid.
The hotel serves as an adequate option for a quick stay, but I wouldn't recommend it for a vacation. While my room was ultimately comfortable, the cleanliness left much to be desired. The amenities, like the waterpark, could use a serious upgrade in terms of maintenance. Overall, it's budget-friendly, but you get what you pay for.
